Restorative Yoga is an “inactive” style of yoga. Sometimes utilizing bolsters, blocks, blankets and eye-pillows, the mind takes a break from its normally hectic, busy schedule. Compares to the reset of a computer (which the brain is), the practice allows the student to “clear the mind” of unnecessary “files”. Although there are some dynamic poses, there are fewer of these and the pose is greatly deepened by breath.
Many of the Yin asanas are used in the Restorative style, the difference being that the student does not feel any physical strain or tension in the body. Permission to release held tension is granted by the ease of the postures as well as the directions simply stated and gently suggested. This allows for soothing relaxation, almost to the point of napping for brief intervals (which may naturally happen if the student needs sleep), drifting into a state of “Restorative” consciousness.
Slow down the pace even more with a Gentle Yoga practice. Suitable for all levels, including the beginner. Emphasis on mindfulness and breathing. Whether in need of a good stretch or mental and emotional R&R, Gentle Yoga sets sail on an inner yoga journey that leaves you fresh and restored.
Slow Yoga Flow
Slow Yoga Flow is more intense than Gentle & Slow Yoga with the addition of short flows. Some movements into and out of the asanas (poses), take place with the eyes closed, "feeling" instead of "seeing" the transitions. Great for active beginners and is a natural segue into Ashtanga & Vinyasa. Warm Room.
An uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, Kundalini Yoga incorporates dynamic movement, breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras, such as Sat Nam, meaning "truth is my identity." The purpose is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness. Begin to amplify your health, happiness, love and success in your very first class! Other benefits include: relief from back pain, stress, addiction, depression and insomnia, as well as weight control. Experience more fulfillment in your life with this (all-levels) healing practice for modern times.
Yin Yoga for Flexibility
Yin Yoga is the practice of holding poses for typically three to five minutes. The poses, or asanas, target the fascia (connective tissue) that attach muscles to the bone.. As a result, the asanas are more passive holds, with little muscular engagement. Research has found that athletes who practice this “stretching” type yoga are less prone to injury and when injured, the repair time is significantly reduced.
75 Minutes, Warm Room.
Vinyasa means one breath, one movement. Brought into being via Ashtanga Yoga & Sri Patthabi Jois. The teacher strings Asanas (poses) together with poses and their counter poses. Can include up to 7 or more joined at a time. Very aerobic and a huge fat-burner. Music is a integral of a vinyasa class. Warm Room.
The Ashtanga Practice, also known as Power Yoga, is a fluid flow of asanas (postures), without pause, moving from one pose to another, taking deep breaths through the nose. The practice requires strength, speed and endurance. Great for those that want to take their practice to a new level and for those learning to teach yoga. Warm Room.

Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique for stress reduction & relaxation that works to activate ones natural healing processes and restore physical, mental, emotional & spiritual health! Negative thoughts & feelings attach themselves to the energy field and cause a disruption in the flow of ones energy. This has a direct effect on the vital function of ones organs and cells in the physical body. Reiki heals by flowing through the affected parts of the energy field and charging them with positive, loving, Reiki energy. Regardless of where you’re at in your health or path to self discovery, Reiki caters to everyone on an individual basis and will help support you in your healing.
• In each session we will first discuss any present health concerns & reflect on your current lifestyle;
• After establishing your individual needs you will be guided through a short meditation to support this
process & set an intention for healing;
• Staying fully clothed, you will then find a position that is comfortable for you to receive Reiki;
• I will be intuitively guided to place my hands on or over the affected areas on your body to send the Reiki
energy into this place;
• Afterwards we will reflect upon the process, support anything that might have come up for you during the
Reiki & answer any questions you may have.

When diet is wrong, medicine is of no use. When diet is correct, medicine is of no
need – Ayurvedic Proverb
Ayurveda, sister science to Yoga, is an ancient system of healing that will help to uplift & transform your whole being (mind, body & spirit). Being the oldest practice known to date, Ayurveda literally translates to “knowledge of life” or “study of longevity”. Regardless of where you’re at in your health or path to self discovery, this practice caters to everyone on an individual basis and will help support you in your healing. As an Ayurvedic consultant I work very carefully with each client to figure out their constitution (doshas), where the imbalances are and how we can gracefully bring them back into alignment. Where there is imbalance there is dis-ease and Ayurveda addresses the root cause of disease! We will work together to formulate a practical & affordable way to rebuild your lifestyle from the ground up by making simple and moderate changes that will in the long run be so sustainable to your health & well being! Using basic things like food, spices, herbs, essential oils, meditation, yoga & music we can create a very manageable way to not only regenerate your health but also preserve it!

Thai bodywork (aka Thai massage) differs from regular relaxation massage in the way that it is performed on a low futon-like mat, the receiver is fully clothed, and there is no use of scents or oils. The practice promotes not only relaxation and restoration, but also a recalibrating of the body to enable a healthy and balanced energetic flow.
Thai bodywork a is fully-body experience, and clients continuously report very positive results.
